A one-on-one consultation with a registered cosmetic nurse to talk through your skin concerns, your goals and your facial anatomy, and to explore a personalised plan, with no obligation to proceed.
Adults 18 years and over only · Results are not guaranteed and vary between individuals
Every face tells its own story, and the lines that appear over time are shaped by expression, ageing and lifestyle. At Face Works, a consultation is a chance to talk openly about what you've noticed and what you'd like to know, without any pressure.
The approach is non-surgical and centred on maintaining your natural expression. Your plan is built around your concerns, your goals and your unique facial anatomy, and every option, expected outcome and risk is explained before any decision is made.
If any of the below sound familiar, a consultation can help you understand your options, with no obligation to proceed.
Horizontal lines across the forehead that can become more visible with expression and ageing.
Lines between the brows that can give a more serious or tired appearance.
Lines and creasing around the brow area that can change how the eyes are framed.
Fine lines at the outer corners of the eyes and across the delicate under-eye area.
Fine vertical lines around the lips, often called smoker's lines or lipstick lines.
Changes in skin firmness and lines through the neck that develop with age.
In line with current TGA and AHPRA advertising guidelines, this list is general information only. Exact suitability and the most appropriate approach for you are determined in person during a consultation, not in advance online.

Your nurse examines the areas you'd like to discuss and considers your facial features and anatomy to understand what suits you.
A plan built around you, which may combine in-clinic treatments with self-care recommendations, with all options and risks explained before any commitment.
You'll receive aftercare instructions specific to your plan, and a follow-up may be recommended to review your progress.

Use the request form on this page and a member of the Face Works team will be in touch to confirm your appointment. Your first visit is a one-on-one consultation with a registered cosmetic nurse.
You'll talk through your goals, your concerns and your medical history. Your nurse then assesses the areas you'd like to discuss, along with your facial features and anatomy, before explaining any options that may be suitable. Nothing is performed unless you choose to proceed and it is clinically appropriate.
Face Works was founded by Lisa and Sarah, who are both Cosmetic Registered Nurses and will guide your consultation.
Cosmetic medical treatments are carried out under appropriate medical governance in line with Australian regulatory requirements. Registered nurses work in collaboration with qualified medical practitioners or nurse practitioners who provide prescribing, oversight and clinical support, and every patient has an individualised consultation with an authorised prescriber before treatment.
Consultations are available to adults aged 18 and over. Suitability for any aesthetic treatment is assessed individually, taking into account your health history, skin and goals. Some contraindications may apply and will be discussed with you in full.
Recovery expectations depend on the approach recommended for your individual plan. Your practitioner will discuss expected downtime, potential side effects and aftercare in full during your consultation.
Results and their duration vary between individuals and depend on a range of personal factors. We do not make specific claims, and any follow-up or maintenance is discussed with you in person.
Pricing depends on your individual plan and is discussed at your consultation. All costs are confirmed before any commitment, with no obligation to proceed.
In line with Australian healthcare advertising regulations and TGA requirements, we do not publish before and after images on this page. This protects consumers from potentially misleading content. Your practitioner can discuss what to expect in your individual case during your private consultation.
Some treatments may involve Schedule 4 prescription-only medicines. Under TGA regulations, these cannot be advertised or promoted directly to the public. A valid consultation with a registered health practitioner is required before any such treatment can proceed, and full product information is provided at that time.
